Dipeptide Diaminobutyroyl Benzylamide Diacetate

Release time:2023-10-11

Product Name: Dipeptide Diaminobutyroyl Benzylamide Diacetate

Alias: SYN-AKE; snake-tripeptide; Snake trippetide; Syn-Ake, Snake trippetide; (2S)-beta-Alanyl-L-prolyl-2,4-diamino-N-(phenylmethyl)butanamide acetate; H-β-Ala-Pro-Dab-NHBzl.2AcOH; H-β-Ala-Pro-Dab-NH-Bzl

CAS No.: 823202-99-9

Molecular Formula: C19H29N5O3·2(C2H4O2)

Molecular Weight: 495.58

Background:
Dipeptide Diaminobutyroyl Benzylamide Diacetate(Syn-Ake) is a substance secreted by snake glands of venomous snakes. It has pharmacological effects such as analgesia, hemostasis, inhibition of thrombosis and anti-tumor, and some snake venom preparations have been made for clinical use.

However, because snake trippetides are the most complex type of animal poisons, each snake venom contains at least 20 kinds of active ingredients, mainly including various toxins, enzymes and active peptides. Most of the active ingredients directly entering the body may cause serious toxic side effects to the body, such as cardiotoxicity, neurotoxicity, etc., these side effects are the main reasons that limit the application of snake venom preparations in clinical treatment.

Efficacy Introduction:
Dipeptide Diaminobutyroyl Benzylamide Diacetate(SYN-AKE) is a small peptide that mimics the activity of snake venom, instead of snake venom, it is an active peptide similar to the structure of snake venom.

Snake venom peptide is 5 times more effective than botulinum toxin in reducing dynamic lines. Human tests have found that it can effectively reduce wrinkles by 52% after 28 days of use.

Mechanism of our Dipeptide Diaminobutyroyl Benzylamide Diacetate(Syn-Ake):
Dipeptide Diaminobutyroyl Benzylamide Diacetate(Syn-Ake) acts as effective smoothing and anti-wrinkle actives by relaxing facial muscles in a manner consistent with the neuromuscular blocking compound Waglerin 1 of Temple Viper venom.

Dipeptide Diaminobutyroyl Benzylamide Diacetate acts on the postsynaptic membrane and are reversible antagonists of muscle nicotinic acetylcholine receptors (nmAChR).

Snake tripeptide binds to the ε subunit of nmAChR to block the binding of acetylcholine to the receptor, which eventually leads to the blockage of the receptor. In the blocked state, sodium ions can not be taken up and depolarized, nerve excitation transmission is blocked, and muscles relax accordingly.
